1,Embossed  printing

The ink film is first added to the raised image and then transferred to the paper. Commonly used relief ink is a fine texture of viscous fluid. It has quite high viscosity, can make a thick ink film attached to the layout and then uniformly transferred to the paper, so the use of carbon black should have a good flow, so that ink in the containing 10%-15% of carbon black still have a suitable flow performance. When using a rotary press, the higher the rotation speed of the rotary press, the better the fluidity of ink is required.

If the required ink has a high gloss, you need to use low ink carbon black.

Such as the production of YOY CARBON BLACK CO.,LTD. Gas carbon black GP61, GP62 and furnace method 380PF is more suitable for this type of ink

2，offset printing

Ink film will first transfer the image to the rubber cloth, and then transfer to the paper, because the ink wax is thinner, it requires ink has a higher coloring power, so the carbon black content in the offset ink is higher (15%-22%), but there should be a certain fluidity and appropriate concentration.

If ink require gloss, low oil absorption of carbon black will be better: YOY CARBON BLACK CO.,LTD 500PF, 380PF, 6900PF, 6300PF, 2900PF will be suitable for you

3，Flexo printing

Ink film need to be full of pits, and easy to transfer, so the ink viscosity should be very low, easy to flow, easy to transfer. On the other hand, the printing ink film is thicker, ink carbon black content should not be too low (10%-15%), in the selection of carbon black still need to use low oil absorption of carbon black, to achieve high solid content, low viscosity.

At the same time, flexo printing ink is often used in letterpress printing plastic film, PP film, PE film, PVC film such as packaging materials, is the flow of liquid and gravure ink, the ink liquid, dry, so still need low oil absorption of carbon black as YOY CARBON BLACK CO.,LTD.’s gas carbon black GP61 & GP62, furnace: 380PF, 6300PF, 630PF, 2900PF are recommended.
